Customer Success Manager
What’s the role?
Your first focus will be on the guiding companies and their employees throughout the warrant and option plan process. You will be the point of contact. That includes for example:
- Presentations towards prospects and clients
- Preparation of upcoming plans (sending payment requests, performing checks)
- Follow-up of launched plans (regular updates towards clients)
- Answering questions from employers and employees
And don’t be shy. You’ll be giving online and live presentations to groups up to several hundreds of people. On top of that, you’ll be representing Optiniti at networking events.
You could be a great fit if…
- You’re fluent in Dutch and English (French is a nice-to-have)
- Precision and attention to detail are second nature to you
- You are an excellent communicator, both in writing and in speaking
- You’re someone who’s approachable, easy-going and ready to learn
- You’re not afraid to navigate tools on your PC

Support Specialist
What’s the role?
Your first focus will be on the operational and administrative part of the warrant and option plans. That includes for example:
- Preparing and following up on contracts
- Preparing option plans on the platform
- Answering questions from employers and employees
You’ll onboard and assist new clients, organize presentations, and most of all: make sure every operational task runs smoothly. You’ll also handle the follow-up of launched option plans.
As soon as stock options hold no more secrets for you, it’s up to you to step forward and take care of employee presentations and prospection, if you’re up for that. Or maybe you’d love to pitch our solutions on big events?
You could be a great fit if…
